“ Conquer the angry one by not getting angry; conquer the wicked by goodness; conquer the stingy by generosity, and the liar by speaking the truth. ”
Source: The Dhammapada: Verse 223
Every human being is always working against himself or herself in some way. If you created a moment of anger, you are working against yourself, isn't it?
Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
It's not just bad things that kill you, good things that you're not ready for can kill you.
Children are not your property; they do not belong to you. Just see how to enjoy, nurture, and support them.
People are running, but there is no place in the world to which they can flee to escape themselves. Ultimately, each one must face himself.
